Bread maker rocks!
Since the hubby got me a bread maker for my birthday and our wedding anniversary last month, I've baked a few loaves of bread. And a pound cake too! :)
Now, I tried baking Potato Bread using real mashed potatoes (not instant potatoes as seen in a lot of online recipes).

Hi Joyce,
ReplyDeleteSo sweet of your hubby to get you a breadmaker! This is the kinda of gift that would make me smile the whole day, and the next day, and the day after... ! :)
Your bread looks great, and I like using my breadmaker to knead doughs for breads, if I'm not in a hurry, I'll bake the bread in the oven, otherwise, the good old breadmaker will do the trusty job!
Happy Anniversary!
Thanks Joyce! Yeah, I haven't tried the traditional way of baking breads in an oven. Gotta try one day! :)
DeleteHi Joyce, yes yes I want a slice of your yummy potato bread ! Thanks ^-^
ReplyDeleteHehe. Thanks thanks :)
DeleteHi, Joyce...happy belated birthday and happy anniversary!

DeleteHi Joyce! So lucky! How I wish someone can gift me a breadmaker too... love that you used real potatoes instead of instant kind to make the bread, looks soft and lovely!
ReplyDeleteI need to fully optimize the bread maker to justify its existence in the kitchen. Hahaha.
