Papaya-Banana Smoothie with Chia Pudding
Perfect for breakfast or a great cooling dessert on a hot day! A great way to make my toddler eats his papaya too. He always give me the "yucks" face when I try to feed him papaya cubes. Lol.
Ingredients:
(Serves 1 adult & 1 toddler)
For smoothie:
1/2 small papaya, cut into cubes
1 large pisang berangan, cut into round slices
1/4 cup organic oat milk
Combine in a blender and puree until smooth. Adjust the amount of milk if necessary.
For chia pudding:
1/2 cup organic oat milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Whisk milk, yogurt, and maple syrup together in a bowl. Pour in chia seeds and whisk. Place in the fridge overnight. The next morning, layer chia pudding with smoothie. Garnish with a drizzle of raw honey (optional).
Healthy brekkie for the win! |
Next time, I want to try this with mixed berries. :) |
