Fruit Salad with Yogurt is delicious and extremely easy to prepare! And surprisingly, if I eat it for breakfast, it can keep me quite full till lunch time and thoughts of snacking before lunch is diminished.
Ingredients:
2 medium bananas
1 medium red apple
1 tablespoon of honey
4 tablespoons of low fat plain yogurt
A handful of muesli
How?
1. Cut bananas and apple into bite-sized portions.
2. In a bowl, mix fruits and yogurt together.
3. Add honey and mix well again.
4. Add muesli but don't mix. Leave it on top.
5. EAT!
Hmmm... I'm thinking of adding some other fruits next time, e.g. kiwi and grapes. Yummy!
