I [heart] cooking

Exactly! Why?

1. A girl should know how to cook. Well, that's one of my mama's most precious advices. Yeah, that's right. I got it from my mama. Also, my late father was a great cook.

2. Apparently, apart from taking my shower, sleeping, shopping, eating out, "lepak" for 4 hours or more at MPH/Borders, cooking is another way to be released from freaking myself crazy with work, worK, woRK, wORK, WORK! Yeah, I'm spoiling market, people say.

3. Let's get straight to the point. I just love cooking. Just like how some love XBOX or PS3 or PSP,... I can never get these games gadget thingy right.

Dinner was so good!

Mixed Mushroom

Ingredients (for 2):
Chicken breast meat (sliced, marinated with salt, pepper & light soy sauce)
Oysters (a few, optional, added for extra flavor)
Dried Chinese mushroom (a few pieces, soaked, sliced)
Fresh Enoki mushroom (as much as you like)
Canned straw mushroom (a handful)
Fresh oyster mushroom (a few pieces)
Salt & Water

How:
Easy. As usual, heat the wok & add oil, stir-fry the meat first.
Then, "throw" in all the mushrooms. Add water.
Let it simmer till you can see that the mushrooms are "wilted". Add salt to taste.

Red Spinach with Anchovies

Ingredients (for 2):
Red spinach
Anchovies
Salt & Water

How:
Easier. As usual, heat the wok & add oil, stir-fry the anchovies first.
Then, "throw" in the spinach. Stir-fry for a while. Add water.
Let it simmer. Add salt to taste.

Hmmmm... something is wrong with my camera phone. Red spinach looks like green spinach.
