Was sick yesterday. Headache, feverish, the usual tell-tale symptoms of lack of sleep. Sigh...
Cooked porridge... again. Good for sick sick dei punya people. Here's a simpler version compared to the previous one. :)
Ingredients:
1 packet MAGGI Rice Porridge (Abalone)
1 handful of ikan bilis, washed and soaked
A few pieces of dried scallop, washed and soaked
A handful of kei-chi (Chinese herbs), washed
A handful of mixed vegetables, defrosted
Water
Then, all I did was to dump everything into water and stir them all the time to prevent sticking to the pot. Then, eat!
