I don't like you!

I don't like WHO?

This interesting line came from a 3-year old feisty little girl. I can't forget that incident till today. =P

About a year ago, I rented a room from a young couple with two daughters, a 3-year old little curly-haired girl and her little doe-eyed sister. The parents worked during the day and they hired a 17-year old Indonesian maid to take care of the girls.

As a 17-year old young lady, the maid was young and quick-tempered. Well, one can't blame her. The 3-year old little girl was quite a brawler. She cried almost every morning when she woke up and didn't see her mother (the mother went to work quite early everyday). That, to me, was my alarm clock - 7-7:30am daily. LOL!

One fine morning, as usual, she howled again. After howling non-stop for 15 minutes and wasn't attended by the maid, this conversation transpired...

Girl: Kakak, I don't like YOU! *Howling*

A few seconds later...

Kakak: I don't like like you TOO! *Screaming*

The little girl howled louder for a couple of minutes and slowed down. Then, I heard...

Girl: Kakak, I LIKE you... *Crying softly*
