Bananas Forever (Part 1) - Bananas and Smoked Turkey Salad

Ingredients:

* Lettuce
* 4 medium bananas - chopped into bite-sized chunks
* 3 pieces of toast - cubed
* 3 tablespoons of olive oil
* A handful of walnuts - roasted
* Smoked turkey breast
* Plain yogurt
* Vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix everything in a salad bowl, serve either chilled or at room temperature.
