I've heard of Braveheart many years ago but didn't have the chance to watch it till recently on DVD. I'm not really into war movies because I've no guts to watch open-field battle scenes. And yes, for a 1995 production, the battle scenes are very realistic and impressive with men and horses tumbling, and blood spurting from severed limbs.
I must say that this is a must-watch movie of the 90's. Patriotism, bravery, loyalty, love, betrayal, death, heartache. The deepest impression that I've in mind is the scene whereby Wallace (Gibson) screamed on top of his lungs, "FREEDOM!" before he was beheaded for refusing to utter "Mercy" to the King of England. That's the real victory.
The ending is sad and sombre, nevertheless, it's still a must-watch movie. Believe me.

John Hammond (Richard Attenborough) and genetic engineers have built an amusement park of cloned dinosaurs on Isla Nubar. He invites a group of scientists (Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum, Laura Dern) to pay a visit to the park before its public opening. Things go out of hand when one of the park technician sabotages the park's safety measure, thus releasing the dinosaurs and put everyone's life in danger.
This is a high budget movie from a high profile director. I'd say this is one of Spielberg's finest productions. You'll learn quite a handful of dinosaurs' name while watching this movie. Well, it's a good 'ole movie! :)
