Eight Treasures DessertDespite feeling disappointed to be presented with a tiny glass of pinkish shaved ice instead of a glass bowl normally used to served ais kacang, we still love the mixed beans and stuff that topped the ice. However, we sincerely feel that they could have done better with a larger portion. :)
Chili Sauce Sarawak NoodlesIt's hard to find good, authentic Sarawak noodles in Klang Valley. So, whenever these dishes appear on menus, I'll give them a try. Face To Face Noodle House's Chili Sauce Sarawak Noodles dish tastes pretty good although the noodles are rather wet, sticky, and not as fragrant. Perhaps this restaurant doesn't use lard to give the noodles the well-known glistening look and aroma just like its authentic counterpart.
House Specialty Hot & Spicy Pan MeeAt other Pan Mee restaurant, this similar dish would be known as Chili Pan Mee. Face To Face calls theirs as House Specialty Hot & Spicy Pan Mee. It tastes pretty good but a big eater won't be satisfied with its portion. Add more chilies if you want extra kick! If you're still hungry, you can order their side dishes.
