Do you like to sleep with your head high or low?When choosing a pillow, it can be good to think about height. Our pillows come in three different heights - low, medium high and high. And the height that may be best for you depends a bit on how you like to sleep.
If you are a back sleeper
A pillow of medium height is best. This gives your head and neck the support they need so that your whole body can totally relax.
If you are a side sleeper
You will sleep best on a high pillow. This aligns your head and neck with your spine. It enables you to lie straight and really relax.
If you are a stomach sleeper
Sleep best on a low pillow. This reduces pressure on your neck and muscle tension.
