This is 沙锅饭 (pronounced as sha guo fan) or Claypot Rice sold at a China Chinese stall at Medan Selera Taman Desa. Fragrant rice is served in a small clay bowl. The bigger claypot serves very flavorful soup with seaweed, fuchuk slices, vegetables, and chicken popcorns. Then, there are also 3 types of condiments - dark soy sauce, Shanxi vinegar, and oily chili paste. A bit pricey though for hawker food - this whole set costs you RM7.50 at the moment.
