This is Salt Baked Chicken Noodles at Chef Kit's Salt Baked Chicken, Damansara Uptown. Salt Baked Chicken is the direct translation from Yim Kok Kai (盐焗鸡). I like the herbal-ish soup served with salt baked chicken slices and fat juicy beansprouts. Also, the zesty green chili and garlic paste that comes with the noodles is delicious!
How to go there: Look out for a BHP station on your left while you're heading towards One Utama along the LDP. Turn left at the station. Chef Kit's restaurant is located about 100 meters further down, same row as The Ship.
