DIY: Ruffled necklace
Get Ready: Fabric, scissors, thread, needle, leather string, and studs / beads / ornaments
Step 1: Cut a long strip of fabric and tack from right to left.
Step 2: Once tacked, pull the thread to create gathers / ruffles.
Step 3: Repeat in smaller-sized fabric, then sew it on top of the first fabric.
Step 4: Sew on a leather string on both sides of the fabric as a fastener.
Step 5: Decorate the necklace by sewing ornaments onto the fabric.
