Chicken and Pumpkin StewI really love this stew and I amuse myself by trying to figure out what are the vegetables found in this delicious bowl of goodness! So, there are lots of pumpkin, carrots, and celery chunks. Everything just melts in my mouth. I must cook this dish next time! :D
