First, Pindi Chana (what is this?) After reading through the ingredients, it's basically ready-to-eat-chick-peas-with-gravy. Ingredients include chick peas, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, spices, ginger, and garlic.
To add bulk to the gravy, I added chopped carrots.
Sardines with onions - pretty easy to cook in less than five minutes. If I have red chilies, I would have added them too.
Tomatoes with eggs and onions - also pretty easy to cook in less than five minutes. Tomatoes release water when they are cooked, so I don't add extra water. I'd add more eggs to soak up the moisture though. :D
I wonder if we can get these here... I love these hassle-free stuff...provided they're nice, of course. Anything that spells w-o-r-k is not for me.
