Ingredients: Two ripe bananas, two eggs, two tablespoons of black sesame powder, two tablespoons of virgin coconut oil
Note: Makes four mini pancakes
Slice bananas into a bowl. Break the eggs. Mash bananas and mix well with egg. Add black sesame powder and virgin coconut oil. Mix lightly.
Heat up cooking oil in pan, scoop mixture into pan, give it about 20-30 seconds, flip, and it's done!
Serve with a cup of cold milk and high fiber muesli!
