Avocado with Crème Fraîche
Cut avocado into cubes, top with a dollop of crème fraîche, dried blueberries, and a drizzle of pure maple syrup. Super easy eh!

Avocado Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries, unthawed
1 small ripe Hass avocado, cut into cubes
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
A drizzle of raw honey
Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to thin it out until you get the consistency that you like.
