A versatile shade that complements a variety of looks, Skirt delivers a soft, natural tint suitable for both casual and formal occasions. Its understated elegance makes it a must-have in your makeup collection.

Why Choose Fwee's Blurry Pudding Pot?

My Experience

Have You Heard Netflix's Squid Game Season 2 Song, 'Dunggulgae Dunggulgae'?

Squid Game Season 2: Mingle Song

In Squid Game Season 2, the "Mingle" game features a hauntingly cheerful tune titled "Round and Round" (둥글게 둥글게), a traditional Korean children's song. This melody plays during the intense "Mingle" game rounds, where contestants must quickly form groups matching a randomly announced number, with those failing to do so facing immediate elimination.

The juxtaposition of this innocent nursery rhyme with the game's deadly stakes amplifies the psychological tension, a hallmark of the series' use of music to contrast innocence with brutality. The lyrics of "Round and Round" are lighthearted, encouraging children to dance and play together, which starkly contrasts the perilous situation of the players.

This strategic use of "Round and Round" in the "Mingle" game exemplifies the show's ability to intertwine elements of innocence with high-stakes drama, enhancing the overall viewing experience.

Korean Lunch at Soondaeya, Ampang Jaya

If you're a fan of Korean cuisine or looking to try something unique (Korean food is more than just kimchi jjigae, sundubu jjigae, BBQ, okay?), then Soondaeya in Ampang Jaya is a must-visit spot for authentic soondae (Korean blood sausage). This unassuming eatery is a hidden gem for food lovers craving a taste of Korea in the heart of Malaysia. It's non-halal.

As you step into Soondaeya, its décor and ambiance will make you feel as though you've been transported straight to Seoul (at least that's what I feel when I compare with what I see on K-dramas).

What is Soondae?

Authentic Korean soondae is made from pig’s intestines stuffed with a mixture of glass noodles, barley, and blood. They are often paired with a side of salt or spicy dipping sauce.

The photo above is the soon dae set for 1 pax. As you can see, there are 6 pieces of soon dae and some pig innards slices.

If given the choice, I'd have ordered their soondae gukbap (a hearty pork bone soup with sliced soondae, vegetables, and rice) or modeum sundae (assorted Korean blood sausage platter). Next time then!

Where is Soondaeya?

Address: 17, L2, Jalan Ampang Putra, Taman Putra Sulaiman, 68000 Ampang Jaya, Selangor.

Check out its menu on Soondaeya' FB page.

20 Things I'm Dreaming of Doing in Seoul – 2025 Edition

Seoul, here I come!

After months of dreaming and planning, my much-anticipated trip to South Korea is finally happening in 2025! I'm counting down the days to explore this vibrant city filled with history, culture, food, beauty products, and Squid Game!

I’ve prepared an ambitious list of 20 must-dos in Seoul, and I can't wait to get 'em realized! Whether it’s exploring ancient palaces or indulging in mouth-watering street food, my itinerary is brimming with experiences I’ve been longing for. Here's what I’m most excited about.

1. Attend a Korean Language Mass at Myeongdong Cathedral

I'd visit Myeongdong Cathedral and attend a Korean language Mass, because why not?

2. Visit the 12-Storey Daiso in Myeongdong

Source: namu wiki

Who doesn't want to to visit this shopping paradise with 12 floors of quirky, affordable finds! I'd definitely want to explore every nook and cranny of this iconic Daiso.

3. Enjoy the Night Vibes Along Myeongdong Shopping Street

I read that when the sun sets, Myeongdong transforms into a wonderland of neon lights, bustling with tourists and locals. I don’t think you can say you’ve been to Seoul without setting foot in Myeongdong.

4. Visit Museums Like Kimchikan and the War Memorial

I also read that Seoul's museums are as diverse as its culture. Museum-hopping and learning about the history of kimchi-making at Kimchikan are definitely on my list.

5. Watch the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony at Gyeongbokgung Palace

Source: Visit Korea

No trip to Seoul is complete without visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace. Watching the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony feels like stepping back in time.

6. Discover Ikseon-dong Hanok Village

Source: Klook

Bukchon may be iconic, but I’m heading to Ikseon-dong for a quieter hanok experience. Think vintage vibes, hidden cafes, and boutique stores!

7. Explore Changdeokgung Palace & Huwon (Secret Garden)

As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Changdeokgung’s Secret Garden promises a fairytale-like escape with stunning seasonal scenery.

8. Stroll Along Cheonggyecheon Stream

This serene urban stream offers the perfect spot for a peaceful stroll amidst Seoul’s fast-paced city life. I think I might visit at night to see the stream beautifully lit up.

9. Visit Suwon’s Hwaseong Fortress

While technically a day trip from Seoul, the UNESCO-listed Hwaseong Fortress is too majestic to miss.

10. Explore Starfield Suwon Library

Photos of this futuristic library with its towering bookshelves have been appearing non-stop on my IG feed—I just have to visit!

11. Film Fun POV Videos Around Seoul

I should hop on the latest trend by making “Tell me you’re in Seoul without telling me you’re in Seoul” videos. I'm thinking hanoks, hotteoks, and neon-lit signs!

12. Buy Korean Skincare at Olive Young

Source: Korea To Do

Stocking up on my favorite Korean skincare products at Olive Young is a must. My skin is going to thank me later!

13. Visit Traditional Markets Like Namdaemun

Source: Tripadvisor

Namdaemun and Tongin Market are on my radar for unique souvenirs and local food. Who wouldn’t want a DIY dosirak (lunchbox) from Tongin? I read that tourists should avoid Gwangjang Market (the one featured on Netflix), so Namdaemun and Tongin it is!

14. Try Korean Street Food at Mangwon Market

Source: Tripadvisor

I also read that Myeongdong street food is a tourist trap with overpriced items. An alternative is Mangwon Market, which offers a mix of modern and traditional treats at better prices.

15. Stroll Along Insadong Cultural Street

Source: Tourteller

Insadong’s charm lies in its blend of tradition and modernity. Looks like I get to explore art galleries and sipping tea in a traditional teahouse.

16. Capture Namsan Seoul Tower’s ‘Color of the Day’

Did you know that Namsan Seoul Tower’s changing lights reflect the day’s air quality? I’m making it my mission to catch this magical display on camera.

17. Eat Ramyeon at CU Hongdae Sang Sang Branch (Ramyun Library)

Source: Visit Korea

A ramyeon-themed convenience store? Yes, please! I’ll be slurping noodles in style.

18. Make Banana Milk Latte from Convenience Store Finds

Source: TikTok

My DIY project: buying the iconic banana milk and packet Americano to create a delicious banana milk latte. It’s gonna be a fun and tasty challenge!

19. Eat Ramyeon by Hangang (Han) River in the Evening

There’s something special about enjoying hot ramyeon while gazing at the Han River in the evening. Simple yet unforgettable.

20. Watch the Sunset View Over Seoul

Sunsets in Seoul are breathtaking. I just want to be there to enjoy it.
